When I was in HS, a guy in my gym class that I didn't hang out with, worked at McD's. He had a plan where he wanted me to come by the drive thru at the end of a sat night and order a "Chocolate malt" as a signal that it is me. Then when at the drive through window, he would hand me a bag with all the register cash in it, wait 15 min, then report a robbery and provide the cops with a fake description.
I said no. To entice me he then told me that there would easily be $1k in the register that we would split 50/50. I

Even at 16 I never understood anyone robbing anything for such a little amt.
If you have the gun and the guts, do something a little more lucrative.
