Even better, I believe that the Big 12 Tourney can be the only BBall tourney (The Big 12 has the right of first refusal) in town until 2016 and after if we keep it there. So much for Muzzu bring the SEC tourny into town.

imo, the SEC was never coming to town and the gov of Missouri played his hand to get the Butthurt12 to jump and block the move that was never going to happen by re-upping. Win/win for MU. They have their confy and our taxes.
I should be moved in downtown next year by January. Maybe I can host my first MOAP by then.

Stuff like this has local impact not statewide. You think people in KC reap rewards from the Valley Tournament in St. Louis? Certainly not worth considering not maximizing the conference dollars by having it somewhere else that doesn't care.
