the guy who does the trivia for wednesday night at auntie maes is doing it for the fundraiser as well.

yeah. his name is jeff kreuser. he's absolutely fantastic running their weekly thing and he's volunteering his time to do this for fattyfest. we truly owe him one. not going to lie though, a small part of me wanted to see what would've happened with a mic in the hands of @petegoemaw. maybe next year.

pretty amazing that we were able to get this thing on the same weekend as the stampede, but we did. it's like when there is a really good tv show and then another station puts one of their best shows up against it. can't wait to see how it all shakes out. will stampede be forced to pick a different weekend next year...

saturday stampede evenings in aggieville are actually pretty fantastic. toby keith is playing this years saturday night and he goes on at 9:30pm. all stampeders will be there. we're good. trust me.

Grumblings that Hamburglar/Teddy Westside mom/dad will be in town.  Should I bring them so we can have a Hamburglar/Teddy Westside Family team, or would it be weird to have a 50-something year old couple there celebrating their triplets turning 21 by afternoon  and trivia?

i don't think it would be weird at all unless your parents are aliens. or if they hate having a couple of drinks on a saturday afternoon. or if they hate being around people having a couple of drinks on a saturday afternoon. or if they hate trivia. or if they hate aggieville. or if they hate entering a trivia event by donating a small amount of money to a memorial fund while simultaneously having the chance to win some absolutely amazing prizes (yet to be annouced).
