i really don't care whether or not KU goes D2 in football.

as the flagship university in our state, it's appropriate for us to maintain D1 status in football, however, what happens with ku football is completely irrelevant.

i'm completely convinced that their basketball program will return to its rightful place with the bottom dwellers of D1 too, quickly after bill seff moves on to greener pastures (farmer reference).

while i'd like to keep little b (thats how i refer to them) and the rivalry with them im afraid i have to go the other way with this one, getting kind of old defending our state. when people think of ku they think of ass kickings from emaw and alcohol related thug like violence. i love the annual 13-1's but at what cost to our fine states rep? i say let the world forget about the school in lawrence

It will be so great to cheer for KU every game now. Sometimes I get so worked up TSC'ing that I forget if I'm supposed to cheer against them when they play us, but now that won't be a problem!
