Day 2 location: Legends. It was full of people celebrating KK. Thinking about trying to hit at least 5 different locations during the challenge this week...it's a whole new level of challenge!

Well, crap, guys. I got my burrito bowl and sat down to snap a pic. As I was snapping, the kstate ticket office called about my football tickets. I continued eating while talking to the lady on the phone and before I knew it my bowl was empty. I freaked out, but I took a picture of the empty bowl as well as my bag from yesterday and today side by side to prove I'm not cheating kat kid here. Will post pics tomorrow... Sorry about the amateur move.

Tacos (Corn tortilla)
Pinto, 'coa, pico, lettuce, 'jita 'gies. Added a few drops of the chipotle tabasco.

I gotta say, that's a visually pleasing presentation.
