Wow, Olathe, I'm so proud to be a member of your workforce.  Thousands of people flooding the doors this morning, all in support of Kat Kid! Just so refreshing to see the community come together like that.  I told myself I wasn't going to cry, so I'll just get down to the challenge.

Man that cheese is gonna be a real test for his regularity. 

Foods are digested and assimilated about 50 percent by volume. Cheese is the worst offender, with only 20-30 percent being digested and assimilated. Cheese is extremely viscid when it leaves the stomach.

Nutritionists know only one side, the nutritive side. The flip side is the residue that is left after the nutrients are absorbed. Fiber residue has a very fast transient time through the intestines but the viscid residue has a very slow transient time and decays before it is eliminated. It causes constipation. The liquid toxins from the decayed viscid residue will penetrate the colon wall, enter the bloodstream, and establish a culture medium for disease including bacterial diseases in the most susceptible tissues.

your ring finger on this hand has almost no mass between the nuckles. it's like the legs on those paralyzed people in wheelchairs. the rest of your fingers are normal sized. very suspicious.

shhesh, did not know.  really screws up my medium cheese pizza from minsky's plans for tonight.  i wonder if i drink a bunch of milk with tonight's pizza if it will help/make me healthy.

i noticed that too.  almost makes me wonder if he has finger cancer.

he had to have had a tendon on something on that finger snap and i bet he can bend it in weird ways. mittons, can you do that?

The Topeka Chipotle was really a downer today, I almost quit before I started.

i want to try a salsa/cheese burrita at some point this week

I'm going to try two things:

sofritas, and ordering online.

We start with organic tofu from Hodo Soy that we shred and then braise with chipotle chilis, roasted poblanos, and a blend of aromatic spices.
The result is a delicious, spicy tofu that will give vegans and carnivores something they both will love.

Have a feeling it will be really gross, you guys.
