lets talk about how many days during the week its acceptable to eat chipotle at your office. im thinking 2, maybe 3. 5 straight days of chipotle at the office could start a massive gossip chain about my eating habits. just really wanna show people i care about kat kid... but not care so much that im like, obsessed with him. does that make sense? obviously im gonna mix in some chipotle dinners but its just such a challenge i wanna get it out of the way during lunch. tia.

Interesting you say that, because after 3 last year, I had this to say:

I'm starting to get tired of Chipotle you guys.  Fatigue is setting in.  Day 4 is where contenders separate from pretenders, I imagine.

Take a bunch of metamucil during and you'll be fine.  Pushes everything out.  For a guy like you, Dr Bread MD recommends five heaping teaspoons (sugar free) before bed every night of the challenge.  Do not mix all that with water.  Throw one scoop at a time into your mouth and chase with water.  If you still find yourself irregular double down and go with six scoops.
