Day 5: Barbacoa bol, white rice, green salsa, veggies and corn

Day 6: Carnitas, brown rice, pinto, mild + hot

My guess is that two day old burrito tastes like crap. Call me crazy, but I like my burritos made fresh daily.

Yeah, any burrito I get from any establishment in Aggieville seems to be much better if I eat it on the same day it was made.

If one of you two want to make the two hour round trip daily to ensure my burrito is fresh, be my guest. That said, I am a bit scared of 3 day old burrito and would prefer to finish fresh, so may have to drive it today

WTF was I thinking with lettuce. It looked better than I would've thought, but a bit past its prime. Buttered the inside of the steaming foil as last time, the tortilla was sticking

i barely made it in under the deadline. pounded a barbacoa at 11:59 pm cst last night. it's not for everybody though and those that tried but didn't complete the challenge like i did should still be commended. see everybody next year!
