i was so close to getting a quesadilla today but figured it would suck by the time i got it back to my office and didn't want to eat it at the place.  tomorrow?  only time will tell. 

Never had one before.  It was good.

Can I share something with my 'lATCKK7DCC buds?  Ok.  I was a chicken guy my whole ife.  I'd get steak every now and again, but I was a chicken guy.  This week, I tried barbacoa and I love it.  It's like when you meet that special some one, all of a sudden, all the boring things you used to do by yourself aren't boring anymore, because the person you love is there too. 

That's where I am with barbacoa.  I want to rediscover chipotle with that immaculate, shredded, spicy goodness - my new friend.

Sorry for being so candid, but I mean, if you can't break down and be honest in front of you 'lATCKK7DCC buds, who can you break down and be honest in front of?

similar true story from the original 'lATCKK7DCC.  Kat Kid recommedo'd the barbacoa, pinto, two scoops hot, cheese, to me as an insidery move.   i'm not sure but i'm pretty sure the mexican girl behind the counter winked at me when wrapping up my burrito that day.

The hardest part of the challenge for me is not getting barbacoa each day.

i got the quesadilla and took it back to my office and ate it. it did indeed suck but then again so does this challenge so i wasn't really surprised.  see everybody tomorrow!

Green salsa

Better than microwaved day old. Will steam again tomorrow. Steam caused it to have trouble holding together. Had to plate to eat. Pics to come!

Yeah, any burrito I get from any establishment in Aggieville seems to be much better if I eat it on the same day it was made.
