barbacoa is number 2 imo. I have a pretty great knock off recipe for it I make at home in the (earmuffs clams) crockpot.

My beef (lol) with barbacoa is that it's so juicy. "Boy I love this burrito, but it would be better if it was just rough ridin' soaking wet."

i have this same beef (lol) in fact when i make a slow cooker version at home i sizzle it on a pan for a good while before serving to get rid of the juice.

I ate it today.. It's basically Alfredo's Pizza compared to Alredo's Pizza Cafe.. Bigger portions but it's hot garbage
