for the most part, when they beat people they are good enough to beat them without their "star player".

It just looks bad that you have an alleged victim of a serious crime that is afraid to press charges because of backlash in her own community
I'm guessing people already knew her name and she was already feeling intimidation
I know this: when this happens in a college town, it doesn't look good for that community

Gary Pinkel and Mike Alden can do one thing: kick him off the team. if the U of M knows he did this, if he's not denying it, i'm guessing that's the case because they suspended him. i think they know he did it.
they know something that's never going to be in an arrest report. they know something. if so he needs to be kicked off the team. dismiss him from the program, make him find a new home. put a permanent mark on his record.
make him turn his life around. make him change his ways. stop him from hanging around drug dealers. somebody needs to make a statement with this young man. you might make him a better person, football player, member of society.
if they let him come back, i'm going to be disappointed in missouri.
