so ku spent 3 million dollars on a few pages about basketball? beems, tell KSU grad Zenger to call me, I think I've found at least a partial source of the problem finding funding for the failed KU football expansion deal.
phog was so excited about this that the thread turned into a discussion about bo jackson for multiple pages.infact this thread has stayed on topic longer.seems like maybe espn misjudged the interest people have in how this book was acquired.

No, a rich booster bought them through a private donation. I believe it's the same guy who funded the Booth Family Hall of Athletics.

This is so strange, its about a book, that a private person bought, but its going to be a feature about ku basketball.
in the end, EMAW will always win.
in the preview they just mentioned the book was for sale. The 30 for 30 could really be about any number of things

It's the original rules of the game of basketball. That's pretty cool, imo.
KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
