Soooo, Spanish soccer. . .

That was hilarious. They were practically physically assaulting the refs at the end.

Also, the end of that game was the epitome of everything I hate about soccer.

Why's everyone bitching about tape-delays?  It's a lot better to not watch any of this stuff and then get a link here at goEMAW to anything interesting that happened.

No, tape delays suck. Why unless USA wins some event why would I even bother watching it after I already know the outcome? I mean, I was watching crap all day the least NBC could do is show the swimming finals live.

Hemmy, you should join twitter and bitch about it with everyone else. Then maybe start a not-funny NBC Delayed account.

watching it on your computer is inferior to watching it on the TV, indisputable fact.

Guess it's a good thing that NBC's tape-delaying all this crap then so that people who work can watch it when they get home on their TVs instead of trying to watch it on their employer's computers.  Kind of sucks for the people who are gonna be home and were hoping to watch some high hurdles instead of their usual soaps I guess.

It isn't really hard to avoid Olympics coverage.  Granted, it is a bit harder to avoid random people spoiling it for you.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

That is NBC's argument. "Hey guys just pretend you are living in the 1980s still and get rid of all your technology."  Brilliant.

NBC is getting the best olympic ratings ever. That doesn't happen if they are airing the good stuff during the day. NBC is winning their argument.

The primetime events are for women, who won't bother and/or know how to check twitter and stuff to find out results.
