Zack if you weren't so quick on your Jayhawk validation/defense mechanism you would realize that Jerod's comment was in reference to the fact that the Jayhawks lost to Tennessee in UT's first game after they lost 4 of their top players to suspension. The Vols played the game with 6 scholarship players.
Your mention of Kansas State's loss to Iowa State has nothing to do with the matter being discussed.

No where did Jerod mention that KSU was a better team than KU or did he disparage the team itself he merely showcased the KU fan's limited mental capacity.
