phil is right. we have nothing like st louis when it comes to great italian food you find on the hill. the places wacks listed aren't really very good
cascones and il centro are the best in town and wow to that

It's shocking Il Centro is as good as it is given they are owned by Minsky's so that seems weird.

My other italian gotos in kc are lidias, garozzos, carmens, and Anthony's (although I can see how most people don't really like Anthony's)

I guess while I'm here I can drop this in. Did the Green Dirt Farms dinner with the chef from Port Fonda a few weeks ago. Was delish.

Ponaks sucks. I've said this before, but KC is a rough ridin' wasteland for all ethnic food not called italian.

But you put garazzos on a list that excludes Cascones, so none of this really matters.

It’s a wasteland for Italian too. I thought there were some decent ones until I moved to a city with Italian food. The only good ethnic food of any sample size is Mexican

You can get better Mexican food at a gas station in dodge city.

Wichita is surprisingly a bastion of ethnic food (not Italian tho), but you need a local to show you around.
