i've honestly never heard of someone talking like this and i even went to ksu where there were a ton of seeds


the fairlife milk is ok, not worth the extra cost imo.  i guess the cold filtration process yields milk with 50% more protein (13 grams in 8 ounces), 30% more calcium and half the sugar of conventionally processed milk, all of which could be appealing to some
