"Guys make sure you pick up a gatorade and a candy bar over there on your way out.  Jordan just take one this time!"   :ksu:

Is it time to go to McDonald's yet coach?

No JO, it's only halftime.

Simple solution, have Freddie's open up on the OOD concourse and install frozen chicken nuggets tubes down to the lockerroom.

BOOM!

Step 1: Eliminate cursing.

Step 2: Join Deb's Ladycats in mandatory "Chapel" before every game.

The commercial pretty much writes itself. We lose a heartbreaker in Ames and are bussing it back, team is silent and looks dejected. Weber knows he must raise their spirits. Its late, but in the distance, oscar spots the friendly lights of a DQ. He whispers for the driver to turn in. JO is sad with his head leaning up against the window, he glances up and realizes where they're going. As the sign reflects in the window, his eyes widen. A childlike smile begins to form. The team piles off the bus, cheerily talking for the first time. The friendly locals are talking to the players. The manager tells Weber good game. Weber is distracted picking out his blizzard flavor, however, and it is unclear if he heard him.

This is repeated for Lawrence, stillwater, Norman, Waco, and Lubbock

Angel replies, "it's not the game coach, I want to get both butterfinger and Heath in my blizzard, is that ok?"
"Sure thing, Enrique, you can even add hydrox!"
(gives Angel a noogie)

Not to be nostalgic or rewrite my personal opinion on frank, but I think I’m going to miss whatever it was that frank coached into his players.  Like, call it toughness or call it effort, I dunno, but there’s something that, collectively, the team does that makes up for its shortcomings.  I read what someone who makes me uncomfortable is saying and I imagine that other “coaches” would think the same thing when they watch us (either on film or in person).  They think, “man, these guys don’t shoot all that well, don’t really have the best footwork, can’t really handle the ball all that well (or only a select few can can), and they over defend on the perimeter, all we have to do is….”   And then we freaking play you and  you are left wondering how you lost.  It’s like, if you’re a Doberman, be a Doberman.  If you’re a poodle, be a poodle.

Yes.  I already miss the Dobermans.  It's too bad our AD had to put them down.

Remember all the quotes from opposing coaches that kept saying "the most physical team we'll play all year" or the like.  I loved those a lot.
