Nothing wrong with the word or concept. It's reprehensible to use it to mask a self-serving agenda.

Actually integrity is a wonderful word/characteristic that we should all aspire to have.  :thumbsup:

It's just disgusting when used as an excuse for mediocrity/failure.   :nono:
