Exactly, I care about most coaches and admins until the second they leave KSU. If they were good for us, then I will wish them well. If they were bad for us, I hope they burn in hell. But, to hope that a good assistant leaves so that you can hopefully say, "I told you so" after the crashing and the burning is just rough ridin' Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!). If Brad is a good assistant, then you should want to keep him...bottom line.

Since the Lawrentucky Wildhawks have this game firmly in hand, I'm going to sit in my office and drink Maker's on ice while listening to this song and crying uncontrollably, thinking of Brad Underwood and his family, in tears, boxing up their belongings, waiting for the taxi to take them to the airport, calling to say goodbye to lifelong friends in the Manhattan area. The bubble wrap around the pictures can't hide the pain of once belonging - belonging to a school and a community that once embraced them and now discards them like a western union receipt in a receptacle/floor in Dillon's.

Goodbye Brad. Goodbye Manhattan. Goodbye Kansas State University Men's Basketball team. After all, tomorrow is another day.
