Patrick Schulte enters his first season as video coordinator for head coach Brad Underwood and the Lumberjacks.

Schulte's primary duties are to assist in the initial breakdown of game film, assist in gathering scouting information as well as coordinating film exchange. Schulte will also help the staff with it's recruiting database and team travel.

Schulte comes to Stephen F. Austin after serving as a manager at Kansas State University for three seasons, serving as the 2012-13 season as head manager. He transferred to Kansas State after playing guard at Cloud Community College in Concordia, Kansas. As a freshman, Schulte led the conference in free throw percentage (92.0%) and was second in three-point percentage (44.4%) while averaging 8.8 points per game.

A native of Seneca, Kansas, Schulte has a wife, Stephanie.

It will be interesting to see if Coach Underwood and company can do it again with a much more difficult schedule in store for 2014-15. Nothing official yet but these are the game we have gathered for the upcoming season.

The stache game with the return of Coach Kaspar to Nac, WRJ will be rocking for that one.

Texas State owned SFA in football but we sure had their number in basketball (that's why the Texas State AD hired Danny, because they could never beat him.) Then the Jacks go to San Marcos and beat the Bobcats yet again this time with Brad.

13 years at SFA under Kaspar the Jacks had 2 Conference Championships 2 NITs and 1 NCAA.

You will see plenty of these with 7,300 fans at WRJ.


Kaspar is going to want this one in the worst way.
