I'm not sure what the deal is over the last few games. KU might be getting a little fatigued here towards the end of the season with the lack of depth.

ku played middle of the pack teams in big 10 and acc.....played pathetic. Watched painter and godfrey look like aau coaches down the stretch with plays they draw up. NC St down 1 and draw play up for a fade away 3 pt shot with 25 secs left....LOL. Almost as funny as Purdue up 3 and not letting Robbie Hummel not touch the ball on Purdue's next 2 possessions.

BTW..... North Carolina also got lucky as hell to win. Much like KU.... did not desevere to win. Mich St played like crap too, but they had to play someone in sweet 16......... not a crappy 11 and 13 team. Of course UNC has somewhat of an excuse considering 2 of their starters are hurt.

Withey dominated that game defensively. NC State was throwing up some ridiculous shots at the end due to his play earlier in the game. Hope the hawks kill UNC.

NC state shot 28% and damn near won the game. That itself should tell you how Pathetic KU was. The refs were not calling anything inside. I think there was a no blood no foul in place tonight. Of course NC State's best player was in foul trouble....... but no one else really.

KU is playing awful right now and if they play that way on Sunday........... it will take UNC playing equally pathetic for KU to win.

The TarHeels are minus 2 starters and the game is probably a pick em. If Ku was without Taylor and Johnson due to injury and the Heels were at full strength............ it would be a laugher.

Purdue went 1-8 vs the top teams in Big 10 (Msu osu wisc mich ind) and NC St was 0-5 vs NC duke and Fsu. Just shows that both teams were basic bubble teams that were not that good...... and they proved it with the game on the line. KU playing average wins both games by double figurs going away.

NC State shot 28% because Withey dominated them. Both NC St and Purdue would drive in the paint where it was clear a post player was waiting to block the shot. Purdue would draw a lot of fould though, but would do so with their 50% FT shooter. Both teams ran terrible sets down the stretch too, KU deserved to win both.
