If there were a trophy for macho/manly stuff KSU would be the Sears Cup champ every year.

Patterson: I’m most comfortable power-fishing. Anything that involves chucking and winding, or heavy line I enjoy. My favorite way to catch them, though, is throwing a jerkbait in clear water.

We should probably split out our trophy cases so we have a section for manly power fisherman who chuck and wind heavy line all day and another section for worm/bobber guys like myself.

Heard he was ruled ineligible for using a banned substance at the last fishing meet. Hotdogs I think.

oh man, that's rich. This stud is heading to THE 2012 National Guard FLW College Fishing National Championship, and SD is banging his drum about a bullhead catfish. L.O.L.

I've caught the following fish in my life:

bluegill
sunny (may have also been a bluegill, no idea here actually)
bullhead catfish
large mouth bass
northern pike

that's about 33% of the known species of freshwater fish that I've got covered and I'm still really young.

Btw, I caught a blue catfish once in some big lake that's in the NE corner of Oklahoma. That was pretty damn cool. I mean it was an effing blue catfish for christ sakes.

Bro once caught a turtle. I think it was a snapping turtle. It had like sharp thingies on its shell.

The fishing coach must be a real dick to make them dress so formal for their team pic.
