Frank is not going to USC.  It is a sports wasteland.  It makes Texas Tech look inviting.

i'm gonna go buy one of those "male genitals" hats and feel frat-ish and cool.

it's funny because it's short for their mascot, the gamecock.

Didn't USC win the national title in baseball a couple of years ago?

I could see Frank leaving.  Frank wouldn't want to leave the new coach with empty cupboards (doesn't seem to be his style).  New coach will have a brand new BBPF, an experienced team with pretty much everybody returning, and a program at its highest level in years.

The only way I see Frank staying is if ADJC pulls out the checkbook (or ADJC bails).  Frank had a great season after losing the programs top scorer in history, and made it to the 2nd round of the tournament.

We all know Frank and ADJC don't get along...but I don't think Frank and Undy get along very well either.  Just my $.02.

No SC is more like Missouri . . . they should really accomplish more in athletics than what they have done since joining the SEC.

It is really perplexing how they have not been better in basketball given the urban setting of their campus, new arena and overall demographics.

Their fans give even less of a crap about basketball than Longhorn fans, it'd be hard to imagine them ever giving a damn even if they were winning national titles in the sport.

The list starts and ENDS with Underwood.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

They average over 10K a game and they pretty much suck, they've only been in  the NCAA tourney 8 times in their history, including only 1 time in the last 12 seasons.   If K-State had that same track record Bramlage would be empty.

It's a risky deal if Frank takes the job, but if they toss a couple of million his way, I suspect he will probably consider it. It will be easier for him to mine Florida from South Carolina.

male genitals BLOCKED!
Martin's in a hurry to get away from Currie, but if he
leaves, K-State AD threatens to reveal dirty 'secrets'

Pictured above, two men that hate each other. Martin hates Currie because he's a snake-oil salesman.
Currie hates Martin because he likes to bend rules and not play everything "by-the-book."

If Frank goes to SC, he either really wanted to get away from Currie, or Currie wouldn't budge on a contract negotiation.

I agree with the sentiment that his agent is trying to establish market value.  Of course, it's probably not a bad place to live, either, and he may get better pull with Florida players.

Anyway, I'm sort of at level  :blank: with this one.
