The lady cats had 11 points at the half. Eleven.

They went on to score less than 30 in the game.

Pretty sure that it was a D1 game.

How the eff do you keep your job if that happens? Answer: No one gives a crap.

In my estimation, Deb Patterson has a wonderful job.

If our women's team went winless, I wouldn't care. Do not care if Deb is employed until she dies. If I had to choose something to be upset with, it's that we should cut Deb's pay in half, and give that half to Frank.

Agree completely. She should make less money than the varsity men's coach at Manhattan high. There are fewer expectations. She doesn't even have to teach world geography or Driver's Ed.!

Again, I am soooo jealous of her job. Bravo Deb!

Yep. Though, while I don't like to compare scores, the 11 at the half and a losing margin of nearly 50 do paint a bit different picture than Frank's team's effort.

Not to mention, the lady cats didn't lose a senior who was their leading rebounder and 2nd leading scorer less than 24 hours before the game.

Two Big 12 Championships and two-time Big 12 coach of the year. No shame in losing to UConn, but losing that bad is kind of embarrassing. They had lots of open looks in the first half, but could not hit any shots. Shouldn't have been that bad, but oh well.

I remembered seeing that they were playing tonight. I turned on the TV and the score was like 68-20 or something close. I watched for about 25 seconds. That was the entirety of the time I spent watching women's NCAA basketball in 2011-2012.
