Second half was the best 20 minutes of basketball we played all year (unless you count the OT minutes against Baylor, KU, Nova and WVU).
Fran was fluffing horns and Mitchell so  hard for 30 minutes, he wasn't aware we came back until we were like 4 points up.

Terry wasted that team this year, my god that is so much talent.

Absolutely. He was mostly a dud as a head coach who would have been fired at Fresno St and UTEP if he hadn't bailed for other jobs. And, now he's the head guy at Texas thanks to Beard - at least for a couple more years until they fire him.

ESPN needs to fire its ad staff. They have what is by far the best conference tourney in the country and they're running a self-promotion ad in a constant loop -- in addition to those promoting the Players'Championship and other sporting evens on ESPN/ABC.

It's ok bruh. Big 12 BB (men's and women's) is BITB and about to get better. And it's in KC for 7 more years and we can use the friendlier venue. We are about to be treated like the big 10 and SEC do for bball. Hell they are already being meh on the ACC

We sat in the middle of a bunch of Texas fans, who were loud and proud.  I was too polite to laugh out loud when the game was over.

I don't think Texas joining the SEC is a self-esteem thing like it was with Moo.  Texas will try to act like they own the conference within 18 months of joining.   Moo just loves being in the conference, Texas will try to control it.
