If Jones can get on the floor during Will's epic shooting slump, I don't see much hope for him.  I'm guessing he get's Frank'd, along with a few others.  I would love to see us get a solid shooting guard that could challenge for Will's minutes.  I don't hold out much hope that it happens between now and next year.

Pay frickin attention.

Jones had a chipped bone in his ankle, happened in OU game at Norman. THAT was why he didn't play for the majority of conference season.

Easy...I know he was hurt early, I was referring to games like today.  I thought he was back to 100%, if he's still gimped up, I'm off base.

It's a shame when a player going 4-11 constitutes breaking out of a slump.

At least that's how I interepreted Sprads play today.

It's probably already been said, but if you'd told me before the season that our team would finish 22-11, a winning conference record, and an NCAA tourney victory, I would have taken it and ran with it.

It always sucks losing, and really no telling how big of an effect the Samuels crap and Gruds' ankle had today, but trying to step back and look at the big picture, I think we hit our ceiling for this year.

No reason why it shouldn't be higher next year.

at goEMAW.com, its always a "rebuilding" year
It's not always a rebuilding year, but when you lose the top scorer in program history, it is.

dumbass.

Does last year need an excuse?  We underperformed - Still got to the second round.

What should be the yearly goal for K-State bball?

Where did someone on this site (good posters, not dumbass posters) ever indicate last year was a rebuilding year?

goEMAW.com has a fantastic search function.  love to see your response.  TIA.

What's the take on Diaz?  He played well (very well at times), then never saw the court until the few seconds today.  For as much as Gip struggled and as many minutes as VO got this year, there must be more to it than him sucking.

Frank has to come back so we can see who he uses as a teaching tool without a preferred walk on.  It can't be Rohedler can it?

What about that guard situation has you excited? Angel will be better but still not great and spread and tav will be the same. Gipson is not an average at best big 12 player. We will make the tourney but we won't make any noise.

JFC.  Is our Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) fanbase this spoiled already?

We rough ridin' deserve Steve Henson as a coach and the yearly "are we in or out" CBI watch that would follow.

_fan PI's are the best.  Truely a master.

If he comes for you, its over

no, it isn't.   we are still terrible regardless of what _fan says.

If terrible = 20 wins, double digit conference wins, upper half conference finishes, and making the round of 32 every year I'm pretty good with being "terrible".

Today your posting, or what I hope is an attempt at trolling, is the only terrible thing I've seen. By my definition at least, but that's JMHO.

I keep thinking he'll get tired of trolling, but it's the same stuff over and over.  Rinse, wash, repeat.  Sad really.

Unless frank can make them more athletic and longer I don't think we are in good shape. And what about the 4? Gipson sure as hell isn't the answer with his 2 inch vertical
