I know you're the level-headed guy around here or whatever, but COME ON.http://www.cbssports.com/video/player/play/collegebasketball_highlights/eZtujm6ZhXUHKunMmeqgPdZMAoSBXOrmWhat's your argument against what sys said? The video shows the UNC guy fouled the Syracuse player. Yes, it's stupid that they called it out of bounds on UNC. They should've called it a foul on UNC and a 80% FT shooter gets two FT's.What kstater and seven said. Come on, dude. Are you telling me that if you were the ref, as the clock is ticking down, that's a foul that you call? Seriously? Also, the whole "they gave it to Syracuse instead of just calling it a foul on UNC-A" thing is bogus. If it's a foul, they should have called a rough ridin' foul. There's no basis for refs to go, "Well, you know...that's a foul on UNC-A, but instead of complicating matters we'll just do UNC-A a solid and not call a foul on them, and instead just give it to Syracuse on a phony 'out on UNC-A' call." The transitive property does not apply in basketball. Sorry. You know that call was crap. You know it.

so they don't call the blatent foul and just call it out on unc-a instead. how exactly is that an injustice?
inaccurate, yes. unjust, no.
So you're saying you would have whistled that foul if you were the ref?
Come on, man. The entire nation thinks that was the shittiest call of the day. It's okay to admit it.
Down 66-63, Asheville turned up the defensive pressure with a full-court press that seemed to stifle the Orange. A toss to the sideline by the Asheville bench appeared to go off Brandon Triche's hands.Instead, [referee Ed] Corbett ruled it tipped off an Asheville player. The play, Corbett said, was not reviewable. USA Today reported that John Adams, the NCAA's head of officiating for men's basketball, said on TruTv that "I'm not going to alibi for the gentlemen in the game. They work their butts off. When you see this call, it's either a foul or you give it to the other team that didn't knock the ball out of bounds. He didn't get it right."
"you see this call, it's either a foul or you give it to the other team that didn't knock the ball out of bounds. he didn't get it right. but ultimately, what are you 'tards complaining about? that syracuse got the ball instead of fts? lmao @ that."

The contact was after the play, but had they called a foul, at least we wouldn't be able to look at it as wrong.

Luke's stock is rising as Winters continues to validate his greatness. Add Luke and Winters to my list! Also, EMAWBLAST! and Tobias!
All you have done is call them retards and that you are the only one that's right.
