Beasley, in his most significant role of the season, played 31 minutes with Dwayne Wade out due to a sore knee. The former EMAW stud went 9-of-16 shooting and a perfect 3-of-3 on 3-pointers. He also chipped in with four rebounds, one steal, and one assist (in your fat face JT!).

Too bad the Heat didn't win.

“It feels good to be trusted by Spo on something other than offense,” Beasley said. “It’s definitely different than what I’m used to.”

Asked when the last time a coach trusted him on the basketball court, Beasley named Frank Martin, his coach at Kansas State.

I'm very happy for Mike but I'm thinking you may have missed the earlier post about LeBron and Beas. Believe me, I have zero negative things to say about Mike.
