I really hate Iowa State, and I have no idea why

One day, I was just watching a game, saw Iowa State, and I thought, "God, these guys suck.  I hope they lose every game they play."

I have no idea why.  They haven't upset me in any way.  It's not like KSU really loses to them all that often in anything.  I just feel like they're completely inferior and worthless.

It's kind of like how I feel about Canada.

Anyway, is this strange or unhealthy?  It kind of makes me feel like a bad person, but since they're subhuman, I don't really care all that much.

My hate for them stems from their hating of our success in football in the 90's and our basketball success now. They absolutely can't stand that a state school is kicking ass in sports.

It may be.  I've never looked at it from that angle.

I ate at a Wendy's outside of Des Moines once.  Wasn't impressed.  Never went back to Iowa.  Maybe it's because of that?

I kinda feel sorry for their fanbase. They all spend thousands of dollars per year to travel and watch mediocre ISU athletic teams. They try to compare themselves to Iowa as if there was a comparison, and they really have never been good in anything, except wrestling which nobody really cares about. It must suck to be an ISU fan.

LOVE it when KSU fans (or ISU fans for that matter) think there is some sort of significant difference between Iowa State and Kansas State.  Outside of Iowa and Kansas, I'm not sure anyone realizes that the two exist as separate entities.

Look Iowa is a really crappy version of Kansas. My family is from Iowa and I was born in Kansas. I am more intelligent, better looking and slightly less pathetic when it comes to sports. Maybe I'm adopted, can't tell for sure.

Your wrong about people knowing about our state though. Everyone and I mean everyone knows that the Wizard of Oz took place here and NOT Iowa.

Not to mention I'm sure the whole country knows about the longstanding feud that is Farmageddon.
