Will being will is not dispensation for his continued weak-kneed attitude.
His suckiness cannot be ignored.

JO played great.  Will should probably be put out of his misery.  Martavious had some nice minutes off the bench. Rodney played like crap, Angel was up and down, Jamar wasn't even on the floor as far as I could tell.

Maybe Frank should "shut Will down" like they do to starting pitchers at the end of a baseball season. Just give him the rest of the year off.
Wondering who is running this hot dog stand and seriously considering heading out for tacos.

That was the worst layup attempt I have ever seen. He should have just floated the ball over some bitch's head and let JO go dunk it.

Will will (ha!) be much better next year.

Things we said last year.  Granted, he had a good freshman year, but he regressed considerably this year.

You can also list that under "things we say next year".

Maybe Will was still battling the emotional hurt caused by Trim?

I know I shouldn't because he's just a freshman undersized big who has given us some good games, but I've really been getting quite angry at Gip over the last few games. He has an amazing ability to not be in the right place and not grab rebounds.

And the year after that it will be "we'll be better next year (without will)"

Trim was a dick, but Will's reaction says it all. A player who is capable of ever being good would have shoved Trim down the stairs for that.

If that is true, then Frank should have let him rest. Will is not going to get over his mono by playing shitty basketball.

Yep. It was right before the possession where he got his pocket picked by QUINCY ACY, which was right before the possession where he bricked (yet another) wide open jumper.

Great Will stretch right there.

On the other hand, 'Tay had 9 pts, 3 rebs, and an assist in 15 minutes.

I really don't blame our guys for wanting to avoid the Baylor/KU/Missouri combo for the third time this year.  I mean who really wants to play three games like that and then go into the NCAA tournament?  We don't have a team who can play at 65% effort and still win ball games.

I know points aren't all that matters but when your front line goes 10, 22, 14, 12, and 4.......and theres a guy on the bench got 9 in half the minutes of the guy that had the four.  :dunno:

I think Irving would have absolutely destroyed Will in a pre-game guarded 3 point shooting contest today. There is no doubt about that.
