Remember how yla tried to get everyone to go to crossfit with him before MOAP2.0? Maybe we could have a MOAP3.0 workout at my gym?

Maybe.

All the weights are inside my gym.  I don't think people are allowed to take them outside, plus I'd look pretty silly walking up and down the street with weights.

It's probably about time that I point out that I work out in a garage gym.

is this a rough ridin' joke?

I've been told that you can formulate a workout that can be performed at home.
I think P90x might be more your thing

Working out by yourself imo is destined to fail and especially at home, you need someone to hold you accountable. People that can do it solo are rough ridin' crazy

I work out at home by myself. Sometimes my roommate will join and it is the worst. I hate working out with other people. Just slows me down.

i'm the exact same. i understand why it would be beneficial for people to work out with others, but for me that is certainly not the case. in a weird way, i get less motivated when people i know are working out with me. sounds weird. "hey dude let's do p90x together some time"  me-"no that sounds awful."

Yeah.

Nice, back when I was in any sort of shape to compete in strongman I got invited to lift there. Crohn's kicked my ass for a bit, but now that I'm getting back into it I may need to check it out. The rec sucks, and I've got one of those itches that I can't scratch to play with a log again.

That sounds like the worst time ever. I ran cc in high school, but I cannot run further than 1.5 miles on a treadmill. I would hang myself from boredom.

PM me whenever you want to get back into it. I'm sure we could work it out pretty easily.

So, I'm in the process of getting back in shape (ICT EMAWs know how much of a fatty I am).  Anyway, I've been eating less, but not too little, and working out.  I go 3 or 4 times a week usually 20 min of cardio (like hill walking eliptical and stuff) and 30-45 min of weights.  I usually just workout back and biceps one day, and chest, triceps shoulders the next and alternate between the two.

I've lost like 15 pounds in the last two months and I'm thinking I should be done losing weight after about 3 or 4 months.

My question is for when I want to start maintaining weight.  How should I go about that?  I want to continue to lift weights and get stronger, but I don't want to bulk up and be a freaky weirdo.  Also, as I get better wind I'll probably start playing hoops rather than eliptical.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

To get stronger without bulking up, do sets of low reps. Also, don't be a pussy. Do deadlifts and squats. Especially front squats because that will help tighten up your core.
