As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes @ #115 or whatever ur comfy w/
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Clean
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press
5 Back Squat

it is kind of strange to do all your lifts at the same weight.  to each his own though.

how would you organize something like that on your own?  like, put a towel on the bench and start doing your floor lifts keeping an eye that no beefcake steals your bench?

None of those lifts require a bench.

Always warm up first, Mich.  A warmed up body engages more muscle than one that isn't warmed up.  Burns more calories and builds more muscle.

Designed to work cardio as well as strength.  You do as many sets of that list as you can in a set time limit.  20 min doesn't sound like a lot, but if it doesn't work you over, you should have gone faster.  The weight doesn't have to be an extraordinary amt, just enough to be challenging.  That crossed with the pace is what does the trick.

Great stuff, really.

You can push press more than you can front squat?

I always warm up, just didn't see it mentioned.

Pro tip: I do layup drills (basketball) to warm up. Yeah it's weird but if you do it hard you can get a good sweat going and it isn't boring is eff. I have a very good sequence if someone is interested. It isn't just boring LH and RH layups.

my form isn't very good and its the most tiresome out of those 5, you want to be able to keep going with minimal rest.
and someone do the workout called fran and tell me how you do. it sucks
its 95# 21-15-9 of thrusters(pretty much a frontsquat into a pushpress) and pullups.

no music. too many cuts and quick movement for headphones.

do 2 of these each side:

Phase 1: from the wing, one dribble to middle, finger-roll no glass
Phase 2: from the wing, one dribble to finger roll off glass on opposite side (start from LH wing, finish on RH side of glass).
Phase 3: from the baseline, one dribble, two step layup off the glass. (inside foot is pivot, take big first step, finish jumping off inside foot. dribble w/ baseline hand, finish w/ opposite)
Phase 4: from the baseline, 1 or 2 dribble reverse layup. (finish w/ the baseline/dribbling hand - this allows you to see the court and protect ball better)
Phase 5: from the baseline, 1 or 2 dribble bunny hop finish off glass. (dribble/finish w/ baseline hand)
Phase 5: from wing, 1 or 2 dribbles to elbow, reverse pivot, finish on same side as started (finger roll or traditional layup depending on how close)
Phase 6: from wing, 1 dribble to elbow, dribble between legs and finish on same side as started
Phase 7: from wing, 1 dribble to elbow, dribble behind back and finish on same side as started.

As long as you go back quickly after the layup you can get a nice sweat in 5 minutes or a little more. I'm all about working hand-eye coordination while exercising. mind and body.

Pretty sure you are supposed to pre load for the first week or so.  I would just take it all now.
