drink 8 glasses of water? HORRIBLE advice. my uncle had his entire digestive tract burned out with acid. he cant drink anything and you are telling him to drink water?

What if I told you I also took meds for acid reflux?  I drink lots of water because that helps neutral out my stomach pH levels.

I don't like any lifting with heavy weights. I do squat exercises with lighter weights. e.g.

Dumbbells squat to shoulder press
Suitcase squat
Sumo squat
Squat/row combo
Bosu squat

Where do you go chifladogato08? I was looking into the lenexa rec cause it would be on the way to work in the morning, but only three lanes seems like it would be crowded

Dumbbells squat to shoulder press good conditioning work if you aren't wasting time/energy better spend elsewhere

I only have the time and patience to consult about swoliecatting with you friends because I have been on a crutches and in a cast for 9 days. for all I know I will never be able to squat or deadlift or take antacids again

I'm still driving out of my way and going to genesis off state line. There's literally nowhere by where I live. I guess they did just open up a planet fitness by Best Buy over here. Only 2 lanes for swimming where O go, but nobody swims there, so it's fine.

D3 and squats.  OK.  I will do this.
Squats, deadlifts, lunges... All with good form will help you with the cycling. If you're not spinning year round, you need to keep the leg strength going.
