i just went to the peanut for my wings yesterday - they're the best in town and probably the entire midwest.  so so good.

if only they would answer their phone once in a while.

I think i'd rather have Grinders wings. I do frequent the peanut a lot tho.

never had their wings, did have a philly (sandwich) there on saturday for lunch

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

 Their philly's are always hard to pass up. Sometimes I do half a philly and then order the wings so I get both of my fixes at once.

So I'm in pretty good shape now.  I will lift through a routine at the gym until failure but then like an hour later I feel like I could do it again and I'm not all that sore the next day.  I will do 4-6 lifts machine/dumbell combo when I work out.

Is this normal or should I be increasing weight and stuff.

You should probably get your heart rate up.  LIft to failure and then go do a 1000m sprint on a rower and then go to your lifts again and then jump rope or something.  I mean.. if you're wanting a high intensity workout that wipes you out you're probably not going to get there just lifting station to station until failure.  if you just mean that you want your muscles to be completely trashed then yeah, lift more weight and stuff.

So I started the keto diet about a month ago. Admittedly I haven't read this entire thread  so my questions are prolly Luked as eff. I apologize in advance. Anyways, I've experienced great results but I need menu help. I know Google is my friend, but I wound appreciate some menu recommendations. I love to cook, so that's not an issue, but how can I mix it up? I'm getting burned out on eggs. Plz help. I want to bring sexy back. Tia

Are they better that way? I've been eating them raw like it says in my book.

You can cook almost anything and simply leave out the pasta/bread/etc.

As far as eggs go, I have been rocking fritatas(SP?).  Dice up whatever you want, cook it in a smallish cast iron skillet with butter, beat eggs in bowl with a small dab of whipping cream, salt, pepper, dump in on top of the stuff in the skillet, put some cheese and green onion on top, put it under the broiler for like 3-4 min(preheat the broiler as you start cooking in the pan to start).  Bam!  delish breakfast.

Also, go buy some hollandaise sauce packets.  Super rough ridin' good on top of anything eggs.

Frittattas can be almost anything you want.  I have recently made them with smoked salmon and cream cheese on top.  I also recently did some chorizo with goat cheese.  I mean, anything that pairs well(savory wise) will work fine.

Go nuts.

My gym has one of those Styku bodder scanner things.  It outputs 13 page report, pretty nuts.  I wonder how accurate the body fat comp is though?  The Styku had me at 12% and my home scale is 16%, which seems like a big difference.

Down to 159.  That's roughly 16 pounds in about a month.  Thanks, keto!

:sdeek: You lost almost 1/10 of your entire body weight in a month? That doesn't seem like a good thing.

12 pounds in a month for me. i've kinda been stuck on the same weight for 8 days now. some would call this a plateau. i feel good and am noticing fat loss though so i'm definitely not gonna "give up" or whatever.

I'm like 3 weeks away the wedding and the honey moon. I've pretty much accepted that this is as good as I can get for 31.

way to go, T1BW!  I'm definitely enjoying it so far.  Though I don't love how my running endurance hasn't taken a hit, but I'm not really surprised.
