This is my fav protein.   It is pretty good by itself but super good with a banana blended in with it.

Also, I have been using Quest Mulit Use protein, the non flavored, and making something similar to an awesome virgin bloody mary, of my own concoction, with it.  The rest of the Quest protein is disgusting, but this one goes really good with this blend.  Its really good.

For protein, mostly.  Some taste like absolute dogshit, and when you drink 3-4 shakes a day, you don't want dogshit.

Secondary, though, that brand has BCAA's included and the guy at GNC said that they have an equivalent of one serving per greens per scoop, so it's more comprehensive than a lot of other proteins.

Well that's good.  I have had some I thought were gross before but I drank them anyway.  Like I had some that were vegan or something.  Also some my wife thinks are gross I think are just fine.  The one I'm on now has three different kind of proteins with some sort of timed release.  Also, I like that there aren't a ton of ingredients, especially chemicals I've never heard of.

i don't really care what it tastes like since i basically chug it, but this is a good one from everything i've seen/been told and it just happens to taste very good.

As of this week, I have started working out in the mornings instead of evenings.  I used to work out every other day for 1hr to 75min(total of 3 days a week).  Now I am trying a 30-40 min workout every morning M-F and possibly an hour on sat(if little league sched's allow).  Goddamnit I am tired.

Also, when I hit my time, I feel warmed up and ready for the meat of my workout, rather than worked out and ready to go home.

It's early, but I don't like it.  Although, I am looking forward to regaining my evening time.

post workout  https://getmtnops.com/product/magnum/

I'm on the Arnold diet.

Yeah, I am going to bed an hour earlier but getting up almost 1.5 hours earlier.  The lost 30 min is prob my issue.

I've never been able to do early mornings.  Even if I can wake up early, my performance isn't nearly as good.

I have to get up about 30 min before I start to make it work.

I hate morning workouts, the only time I've done them was when I was still playing sports and I rough ridin' hated it

also the sweat factor. i don't cool down for a good 2~ hours after a hard workout, and if i have to shower and put on work clothes i will continue to sweat and it is annoying and embarrassing.

This isn't a prob for me.  I have like 1 hr between when I get home and when I get in the shower. Kids stuff, making breakfast, making lunches, etc.  I could cut that down, but we would be eating premade bullshit and drinking bad coffee, and I would rather lose a little sleep.
