Get a foam roller, roll before and after workouts.  also, do warm ups before working out.

I usually do a full body stretch before and after I work out but I don't currently do a foam roller. will give it a shot

what are some good mid to lower back stretches?  i stretch my quads and hamstrings whenever my back hurts, but it's not helping as much as I'd like
Fetal position on your back, try to bring your knees over your head

I finished my audiobook, so this week I listened to Rammstein while doing pull ups.

Does anyone ever stop you during your swole sesh to tell you a joke about how studly you are? This guy made crappy joke about saving some plates for the rest of the people (which I did have a lot). But kind of p'ed me off subconsciously.

I haven't been able to workout for over a week because I've been sick and it is quite depressing. How do people who don't workout do this?

I joined a really sweet gym and started working out all the time because I can't afford not to. They also have a decent bar.  xpost/at a bar alone thread

This happened to me the week after xmas and I couldn't shake it(really nasty lung stuff) for 3 months. Totally and completely sucked and threw my game off. Still not back where I was.

I mean unlike Planet Fitness, it's expensive enough I'd feel guilty not using it.  Not that I actually can't afford it.

I took it as you couldn't afford not to because you would get fat, not that you actually couldn't afford it.

That is probably also true I guess. Binging has lots of calories.

Do any of you have good earphones that you like? I need some new ones that are comfortable but will stay in my ears when I am running; and not get jostled out eventually. I just bought some with the over the ear thingy and they are the most uncomfortable things I have ever worn.
