After seeing almost all my progress leave me over the course of about a year, I've decided to try a standard keto diet. High fats, moderate protein, very low carbs. I'm enjoying it so far as it's the only time I've ever been able to comfortably eat at a significant caloric deficit.
I'm not going to go back and find the posts, but I'm pretty sure that I bad mouthed or dismissed it in some way earlier. I was wrong. I haven't gotten the keto flu yet, and am not sure if I'm even in ketosis yet (probably not), but I haven't felt hungry or sluggish so far. I've had zero trouble with cravings.
