Hey guys, what can I do about this part of my belly? Seems like the rest of my torso on up is toning nicely, but still not seeing much development in that area just under the belly button. I run a few miles a day, lift weights (but no real set plan, just try and hit all the different main muslces), been focusing on core exercises lately, swim laps once a week.
