I lasted 4 rounds Tonya. 32 minutes. Feels pretty good I guess

thats what i did tonight! if you can do 4 on the first workout, youre in decent shape. should be able to crank it up a bit after a few workouts. the best part about doing this kinda stuff is you can do the same thing the next day and feel pretty good.

I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

Hey guys, what can I do about this part of my belly? Seems like the rest of my torso on up is toning nicely, but still not seeing much development in that area just under the belly button. I run a few miles a day, lift weights (but no real set plan, just try and hit all the different main muslces), been focusing on core exercises lately, swim laps once a week. :confused:

decrease your overall body fat. There is no such thing as (spot) toning.

mix leftover coffee grounds with some coconut oil in your kitchenaid to rub on that spot and it will clear right up in no time

My ex college roommate use to mail T New roids to Dallas once he got drafted. It really worked out for him. Also, MH looks good in a tank top, so it worked out for him too. Just do those things.

What you said has been said by pretty much every guy, ever. Your bf % needs to get down under around 10 to see lower abs. Once you get there do leg lifts

I've gained 15 lbs since I met her. So it's working. You can't tell tho, cause I was already super skinny and tall. I think I filled out a bit.
