Any yogacats out there, how rigorous is your brand of yoga? My legs are as tired after tonights sesh as if I just did a squat workout. Woah!

Get one of those pumice stone things. Hit your callouses once a week and start using lotion on your hands. I've ripped many a callous in my day. It's not fun.

Nail clippers.

Fresh utility knife blade wielded freely.  Slices them right off.  Best to avoid them in the first place though.

Do a lot of cardio to get ready. Make sure you have a good coach and not some bum.

Yeah pretty sure the coaches are all pretty good save for the 5:30 am coach who just got raked on yelp, just brutal. Someone actually called him Coach Dick. His name isn't even Dick.
