Alright guys, hope everyone is feeling studly today. He was my workout today:
First, I picked up my 100 pound anvil and did several swings with it.
As you can see mine has one end that is shaped like a razor sharp animal tusk, which of course is there to raise the danger level and my testosterone.
Next it was time for overhead barbell balances. I like to do mine while holding onto a kettlebell for no particular reason.
As you can see, I can hold the weight of several men over my head and only occasionally smash my face.
I then progressed to a variation on barbell raises called bicycle hoists.
They are harder if there is a man on the bicycle.
Finally, I finished with a set of elephant wrestles. As you can see, I control the elephant with double underhooks.
