I run 1.25 miles every morning before work. but, the furthest I've ever run in my life nonstop is 2 miles. weird huh. yep, very weird.

A lot of words seem strange after you bring back souvenirs from Colorado.

How studly is everyone feeling these days?

How many pushups can stevedave do?

How much muscle is too much muscle? How many abs are too many abs? How long can you maintain a Paleo diet without dying?

Should you eat in the morning? Should you eat at night? Should you eat at all?

Any questions?

Can you perform a plank with a small child on your back while watching television? If not, ask yourself what you're really doing with your life.

Ha. Are you rocking the Paleo thing? Works for me. Nothing wrong with natural foods. Wheat farming buddies get a little pissy when you tell them bread is poison but can't please everyone. :)

I've done everything at some point. I did gluten free for a few months before I decided it wasn't for me.

Bleh. I couldn't do gluten free. GF beer sucks ass and I like beer.

I don't know what you'd call my diet. Paleo-ish (meats, veggies, nuts), limited dairy (butter, some cheese), very little bread (who can say No to a good yeast roll at dinner?), and quite a bit of ethnic cuisine (Thai, Japanese - both usually include rice). Whatevs. It works for me.
