I am officially extending the invite to all EMAWs from small Towns around Topeka, please come. Also if you live in Lawrence you are welcome too (cough rams cough).

I second this motion. Also, what time should we arrive to ensure that we've got a place to sit? I've never been there and not sure of how  many people will be there at that time of day.

Made a reservation for 8 at 11:30 under "goEMAW" whoever gets there first can get the table for us
:excited:
Wear purple so we don't look like douches asking people if they're part of the pak

Well played sir. I've been told I look like a douche though, so...I'm not sure wearing purple will help my cause. I will, of course, wear purple!

all rookie PAK'rs with the exception of saul who has PAK'd before.  let him be your guide down PAKavenue.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Slimz has experience.  New guys, if he leaves his mic stand behind, make sure to hold onto it until he can pick it up.

Do they generally frown upon outside food, such as Alma Cheese Curds, being brought in?

Brock, you and your cheese curds are welcome to come. If they give you any trouble we'll just real life PI them.

I think you're forgetting about the great Omaha BWW pak of 2009, and the watch Nebraska stomp Washington only to get beat by them later in the year at the holiday bowl at Steve Dave's house pak of 2010

Yes. Real life PI works. Did this to a Thai restaurant that did not serve booze. Now I can bring in my own beer or whatever to have with my dinner.

Sounds fun. Since my boss decided to hand out all his tickets to the Phillips without asking me, I might be in attendance.

Welp, I won't be able to make it to my first ever Pak.     A couple of loser slackers in my dept. called in/didn't show so my boss asked me to only take 30 minutes for lunch.  Very conflicted here.  Should I quit my job and show up anyway?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I even stopped in to the world headquarters of Alma Creamery this morning and picked up a couple packages of curds for all of us Pak'rs to enjoy.

I will advise against quitting your job for this pak. This is the start of something, sure you will miss out on its inception, but there will be others!

I do love cheese though, a lot.
