Also, meant to answer this a long time ago (from another thread).

i'm guessing there isn't a cairo craigslist?

There is a craiglist for Cairo. And it is AMAZING (well, at the personals):

wait, you had a housekeeper from the Philippines in Egypt?

Still DO have a housekeeper from the Philippines in Egypt. She's been keeping an eye on the place and watching the cats while we're gone.

How does that work? It seems like the Philippines would be better than Egypt. Plus there's so many Filipinos in the US.

Weird dynamics in play, I guess. Apparently, due to the expat communities in Egypt, you can make a better living in Cairo. However, our housekeeper sent all her children back home early last year "because the Egyptian schools are very subpar."

england, switzerland, america, morocco, dunno somewhere in s europe? call it yugoslavia or maybe portugal, spain, greece, russia, turkey, germany, france, scotland, italy, persia.

if the size of the figure indicates the number of visitors, then some of the above don't make fantastic sense.  like the first one would then probably be the us, the small white-coated guy would be somewhere else, maybe canada, the scot would be great britain, the italian would be french and the woman would be somewhere else with women.

I think the first one would be America, based on the hat and suit style. But then what's England? it would need to be larger represented by proportion. Unless the scottish guy represents all british people.

3 could also be america of course, for the same reasons.
