I would venture to say that the law hasn't been tested regarding twitter-like hastag phrases.  I mean, w/o spaces, no one is using KSU or EMAW, they are using Fatty4KSU.  We could just come up with an odd sounding way of pronouncing it and say that we colbert'ed this bitch by creating a new word.

Would at least be fun to see play out.

Would be another thing lumped on our full plates, but if KSU decides they are against all these efforts and wants to disgorge money from a memorial fund going for cancer treatment and research, it would probably help with drawing attention to our efforts and result in a lot more money coming in (which the Fund will inevitably be allowed to retain).

I remember how excited Pete was about the prospects of Bosz suing us, knowing what it would do in getting the goEMAW name out there.  He was calling me every night looking forward to the lawsuit.
