it doesn't if you have the non-profit set up. which was just officially set up this morning. it still has fees, but cheaper.

the board is covering everyones fees that donate using paypal. if you put in $25, then the fund will get $25, so if that's still easiest for someone then keep on doing it that way. if you can write a check and mail it directly to the bank listed earlier then that's prob the best option from here on out though.

From what I understand, PayPal doesn't charge the fee if you use funds from a PayPal account instead of a credit card. (basically an eCheck)

If/when we get to 10k, I will personally piece together a real-life katpak and we'll have a drawing or whatever as to which donator (is that word), gets it.

My company match with only match 501(c)(3), as is policy with a lot of other company matches. I know mine has some other criteria that I am going to look into today, but I know the initial criteria is it has to be a 501(c)(3). If it is a 501(c)(3) then encourage donors to check their company match policy.
