Bo Pelini is a raving lunatic.

Last comment on this video is saying Frank Martin is worse than Bo Pelini.

during some of the darker prince times I would usually sit down and watch birth or numerous other fatty vids to re-charge my emaw

We all did.  Everyone of us.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I'd like to see at least part of the "Birth of K-State Football" shown at the Bill this season.  If not a regular thing in the pregame, then as part of a tribute to fatty before the first game.  Fatty was an excellent face for KSU on the 'net.  I wonder how many kids who were recruited by the 'Cats saw those things.

I don't know how anyone could watch that video and not understand instantly what it meant to be K-State.  For all our ups and downs, how special the fans and the team make this place.

He defined being a K-State fan for a lot of us and that definition was so much more than we thought it was

This is not a Cats video from FFF but it's still from Fatty and it just got me. The way in which he could exploite fans and teams weaknesses in such a lunitic genious way will never be matched.

whenever I'm on another board and I need a video to tell people about K-State, I go to this one.  So moving.  One of the greatest stories of all time, done so well by this video.

My wife's favorite song is "What A Wonderful World".  When we make road trips up to Kansas she has about 15 songs that she always listens to on the Ipod over the car radio.  It's a 4-5 hour drive, so I always listen to what I want for 1-2 hours, then I let her pick the songs.  "What a Wonderful World" is always one of the first 3 or 4 songs she picks.  Everytime she plays it, without thinking about it or realizing I'm doing it, I start to say under my breath "On September 30th of 1989 Kansas State was best known..." in the same spot as the Birth video.  She always laughs and tells me it's ridiculous how much I love KSU sports and how I've watched that video so many times that I can't listen to that song without thinking of that video.

The countdown to 2007 was an exciting time.

The summer of 2007 was rough for me. My wife and I had just moved to Tulsa where we didn't know anybody so I could work at a new job which I hated. Within a month of moving we found out her mom's cancer was back and that it was basically a death sentence. Every day I looked forward to the new Countdown post. For 5 minutes everyday Fatty distracted me. My wife went back home a lot that summer to be with her mom. There were a lot of days where that was the best 5 minutes of my day because that countdown was my escape. Thanks Fatty.

I watch the "Birth" video right before every KSU football game.  Makes sure I'm running at 100% EMAW at kickoff.

In terms of legacy, I have to go with Polumalu is a crap human being, but my favorite is "where amazing happens."

I can't find this one, but once I mentioned the weirdness of Prince telling Freeman to just run around for a few seconds then throw it as far he could to run out out the clock and avoid punting at halftime against Colorado.

fatty responded that the "famously fell asleep" during that game, but immediately pulled up a video of it and posted a
"How will I recruit to Manhattan? Well, distance. And the proud state of basketball. It start there, and then daily flights to Dallas, because I'm really good at going out. Like top five good. Ask my wife. She wants me to be happy."

Our Story gets overshadowed by Birth but it is a masterpiece. Maybe my favorite.
