Oh, come on.  give our fans some credit.  That was a watershed moment in being an emaw fan and I think all of us even remember where they were when the story broke.

i dunno man. i'm not even sure most of our fans know exactly what went on. i mean, i read the whole damn police report. i don't feel like too many people did the same.

ugh...how are we going to replace his 1 catch every other game?

You sir, are an idiot.

I agree with kcchiefdav......... Brod was dreamy and all. Looked good in the Spring game a couple years ago. Other than that I honestly am not "sad" with his departure. Clark will make everybody who is "sad" feel better. lol.

From some contacts of mine, the story im hearing is he graduated already, and is looking to spend his year of eligibility somewhere he'll be a primary pass catcher.

dang.  i wonder if Snyder can find another receiver that can block.  those are probably harder to find than ones who can run routes get open and catch the ball.

Torell Miller does just find in that role when given the chance.  He's a physical kid.  But I would rather have receivers who make plays then block every down.  just sayin'
Academics is a stupid word.

Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not.

So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.

it won't be anywhere that has a very good program because if he's your "primary" then your offense has issues.

If he was smart he would ask Snyder if he could move to strong safety this spring.

Brod had some really good moments a couple years ago prior to injury.  One of the issues is for the last year and a half, our quarterbacks have sucked at going through progressions.  Brod was the benefactor of this pre-injury.  Then it was Harper.  By the time CK learned to go to a 2nd or 3rd option effectively this year, Brod was suspended.

He should've been better than he was and a lot of that is his fault.  A good portion though was injury/QB play.  If anyone has the stomach to watch the EKU game again, Klein's biggest issue is clearly locking on to one receiver.

I will miss Brod and not bad mouth him.

His blocking will be missed.

This.  Was a terrific downfield blocker.  Had high hopes he'd turn the corner as a pass catcher this year.  Damn it.

Words cannot express.   :frown:

Best blocking WR we've ever had at KSU, and he couldn't even get a pass thrown on target to him when he was on a route...
