Who gives a crap if a theme isn't compatible? It's a bunch of simple CSS and colors in images that's needs changed/duplicated from another theme. Hell, install Firebug and a color picker tool if you're really desperate and just sit there and change the CSS until you find something you like or have duplicated what worked in the past.
