Wallets
« on: February 24, 2012, 10:20:15 AM »
I was catching up on the messenger bag thread, and the subject of where to carry your wallet was brought up. I am getting tired of A) the feeling of sitting on my wallet and B) the look of a stupid rectangle bulge in my non-JTKSU-approved pants. What do i do?

I have a bifold but have been considering money-cliping it.  My problem is I carry 4 different credit cards, gym card, health insurance card, DL and bank card in my wallet.  I don't know if a moneyclip can hold all that.  will probably just get a new bifold.  someone suggest a good one for me.

I carry in front pocket at all times.  I kind of have a costanza wallet and can't sit on it.

One of these in the front pocket.  Harder for a hobo to pick it from you.

This one is 1/16" thick. You might be pushing it with that many cards, but it still should be better than a money clip.

I have too many cards.  I need to be able to see the tops of all of them so that layout won't work.

it easily holds ~10-12 cards and has the money clip on back.  the one i currently have is still going strong 5 years in.

yeah...i dont want to carry my wallet in my front pocket. those pockets are reserved for phone/keys/ipod/whatever. I will consider a slimmer bifold and take a long hard look at which cards i absolutely need in my wallet

Try to find a coach slimfold, they are discontinued but the best imo.
EDIT: I just saw your Credit card requirement so this probably wont work well for you, but don't get an ugly Artist Collaboration series one

Had mine for over 13 years until it started falling apart. I don't deal well with change.

I can't remember the wallet I had before this one.  I must be getting close to a decade with this one.

I have a couple emergency ones in my wallet but have a business card holder for when I know I'll be seeing people.
