one of the greatest of all time.   It's a shame that your alma mater brought you back and then set you up to fail.   One of my fondest modern day memories of Gale Sayers will be his on air interview at halftime of a ku game where he pretty much laid it all out that K-State was ku's Super Bowl . . . thanks for the compliments Gale!!:

Kinda weird they would put a qb on that banner that lost the last 7 games of his career.  But then again, he was the best qb they've ever had, so  :dunno:

Nolan Cromwell was the best QB KU has ever had, imo.
